It features an extensive database that manages every aspect of the auction process, from lot management and user registration to consignments and invoicing. Auctioneers can easily add vendors and bidders, track their activity, and handle inventory with tools for digital contracts, media uploads, and flexible categorisation. The system also supports post-sale processes, including automated seller reports, bidder invoices, and vendor payouts, all integrated with CRM tools and financial reporting capabilities.

Comprehensive back office database to manage auction admin

I worked on building a comprehensive back-office system to help manage all aspects of auction administration. The project was based on a detailed written scope, which guided everything from structure and functionality to layout and interaction.

Using Tailwind CSS throughout, I stuck strictly to consistent styling and formatting to allow for rapid prototyping and easy adjustments as the system evolved. This approach helped keep the design clean, maintainable, and scalable—ideal for a complex admin interface.

The result is a powerful internal tool that supports efficient management of lots, users, consignments, and invoicing. This project highlights my ability to turn detailed requirements into practical, well-structured systems that support real-world workflows.
